Situado na Rua Formosa, no centro do Porto, este projeto consistiu na reabilitação e ampliação de um edifício habitacional dos anos 50, com forte carácter modernista. A intervenção tem como objetivo manter a fachada principal, recuperando elementos originais e introduzindo uma nova volumetria a tardoz, com uma linguagem contemporânea. Foi ainda reestruturado o interior e restituído o logradouro, assegurando condições de habitabilidade, conforto térmico e salubridade em conformidade com os requisitos urbanos e funcionais atuais.

Located on Rua Formosa, in the center of the city of Oporto, this project entailed the rehabilitation and expansion of a residential building from the 1950s, with a strong modernist character. The intervention aims to maintain the main façade, restoring original elements and introducing a new volume at the rear, with a contemporary language. The interior was also restructured and the patio restored, ensuring habitability, thermal comfort, and sanitary conditions in line with the contemporary urban and functional requirements.
