Este projeto propõe uma habitação unifamiliar criada de raiz, inserida num lote urbano em Alpiarça. Implantada na zona norte do lote, organiza-se em torno de volumes maciços que alternam entre zonas envidraçadas e cobertas, promovendo uma relação fluida e contínua entre interior e exterior. A sua distribuição funcional privilegia a orientação solar e procura integrar-se discretamente na envolvente natural, com uma linguagem contemporânea que reinterpreta a arquitetura vernacular.
O conjunto pauta-se por uma abordagem arquitetónica clara, enraizada no lugar e pensada a partir dele.

This project features a single-family home built from scratch on an urban lot in Alpiarça. Set in the northern part of the lot, the house is organized around solid volumes that alternate between glass and covered areas, promoting a fluid and continuous relationship between interior and exterior. Its functional layout favors solar orientation and seeks to integrate discreetly into its natural surroundings, using a contemporary language that reinterprets vernacular architecture.
The ensemble is characterized by a clear architectural approach, rooted firmly in its location and designed with it in mind.
