Desenvolvida em três pisos, esta habitação distribui-se verticalmente, com uma leitura clara da estratificação funcional e material dos seus volumes.
O piso superior, recuado, acomoda a garagem e o ginásio. Revestido a chapa perfurada em preto, este volume assume-se como um corpo técnico e leve, recuado do alinhamento principal para reduzir o impacto volumétrico.
No piso intermédio, quatro quartos organizam-se num volume em betão aparente, robusto e introspetivo, garantindo privacidade e contenção visual.
O piso inferior é maioritariamente envidraçado, promovendo a ligação direta ao jardim e à piscina exterior. Integra os espaços sociais — sala, cozinha, lavandaria e escritório — com continuidade visual e física para o exterior. A área de firepit prolonga a vivência da casa para o jardim, reforçando a centralidade do espaço exterior na experiência quotidiana.

Designed over three floors, this house is distributed vertically, with a clear reading of the functional and material stratification of its volumes.
The top floor houses the garage and gym. Covered in black perforated metal sheet, this volume is perceived as a technical and light body, recessed from the main alignment so as to reduce the volumetric impact.
On the middle floor, four bedrooms are organized throughout an exposed concrete volume, robust and introspective, guaranteeing privacy and visual control.
The lower floor is mostly glass, promoting a direct connection to the garden and the outdoor swimming pool. This is where the social spaces are incorporated - living room, kitchen, laundry and office - with visual and physical continuity to the outside. The firepit area extends the experience of the house into the garden, reinforcing the centrality of the outdoor space in the day-to-day experience.
