Implantada num terreno envolto por natureza e luminosidade, a Vila Pima desenvolve-se num único piso em forma de “L”, abraçando o espaço exterior como elemento central da vivência quotidiana.
A zona social, onde sala e cozinha se fundem num único gesto, estende-se para o exterior através de um pergolado em madeira que filtra a luz natural e introduz uma dinâmica de sombras ao longo do dia. A piscina com prainha integrada prolonga o horizonte visual a partir dos principais espaços da casa, estabelecendo uma relação direta entre interior e paisagem.
As quatro suítes organizam-se de forma funcional e resguardada, assegurando conforto e privacidade. A nível inferior, um subsolo técnico inclui uma garagem com capacidade para cinco viaturas, garantindo eficiência sem interferir na leitura formal da arquitetura.
Uma casa térrea, pensada para se integrar no terreno e respirar com o lugar — com leveza, luz e continuidade.

Set on a plot surrounded by nature and light, Vila Pima is spread across a single floor in an “L” shape, embracing the outside space as the central element of daily life.
The social area, where the living room and kitchen merge into a single gesture, extends outwards through a wooden pergola that filters natural light and introduces a movement of shadows across the day. The swimming pool extends the visual horizon from the main spaces of the house, establishing a direct relationship between the interior and the surrounding landscape.
The four suites are organized in a functional and sheltered way, ensuring comfort and privacy. On the lower level, a technical basement includes a garage with capacity for five vehicles, ensuring efficiency without interfering with the formal reading of the architecture.
A single-storey house, designed to blend into its site and breathe with the place - with ease, light and continuity.
