Implantada num terreno em declive, esta habitação de três pisos organiza-se em patamares sucessivos, e explora a topografia como elemento projetual. A volumetria é revestida em dois tons de pedra natural: cinza nos pisos inferiores, o que confere solidez e ancoragem ao solo, e creme no volume superior, mais leve e suspenso.
O piso superior acolhe a garagem e o ginásio, funcionando como acesso principal. No patamar intermédio, localiza-se a zona social — escritório, sala e cozinha em open space — com ligação direta à varanda exterior, ao firepit, à piscina e a um espelho de água com fundo em vidro. Este elemento assume uma dupla função: elemento cénico e sistema de sombreamento natural para os quatro quartos situados no piso inferior.
O piso inferior integra ainda a lavandaria e beneficia de ligação direta a um amplo relvado que articula os espaços privados com o exterior.

Set on a sloping site, this three-storey house is organized in successive levels and exploits the topography as a design element. The volume is coated in two tones of natural stone: gray on the lower floors, providing solidity and anchorage to the ground, and cream on the upper volume, making it lighter and more suspended.
The upper floor accommodates the garage and gym, acting as the main access. The middle floor is where the social area is located - an office, living room and open-plan kitchen - with a direct connection to the outdoor terrace, firepit, swimming pool and a glass-bottomed water mirror. This element has a double function: a scenic element and a natural shading system for the four bedrooms on the lower floor.
On the lower floor, there is also a laundry room and a direct path to a large lawn that connects the private spaces with the outdoors.
